Get access to all of the events throughout the week by purchasing a week pass!

When you purchase a pass for one day, you have access to everything happening on that date. When you purchase a week pass, you have access to any of the events taking place June 10 through June 16. On days when events start early in the day and go into the night, we hope you’ll join for as much as you can. You’ll receive a wristband when you check in so you can come and go from the park as you like. There will also be a video installation and chances to simply enjoy being outdoors in the Hudson Valley in early June.

All ages are invited to attend! Attendees aged 5 and up will need a ticket for entry.

The weather in upstate NY in early June can be unpredictable. Please check the forecast before attending! For sunny days, we highly recommend wearing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, bug spray, and lightweight clothing. If you’re staying for events into the evening, be sure to bring a layer to wear for cooler weather.

The performances will proceed rain or shine, so if rain is likely, an umbrella, raincoat, and rain boots are recommended.

We are dedicated to accommodating all guests. The Black Box theater is located approximately 600 feet from the parking lot; the Mountain Stage is located approximately 0.5 mile away from the parking lot. Please note that access to seating for the Mountain Stage requires traveling over a sloped, grassy hill. Much of the grounds of Kaatsbaan are grass and dirt pathways. If you require assistance to get to the performance area, there are golf carts available to assist with transportation. To reserve a golf cart, or for further questions about accessibility, please reach out to boxoffice@baryshnikovarts.org for assistance. In the event of severe weather, ticket buyers should check the Bloodlines Interwoven Festival website for updates and our team will send out notifications via email.

To be considerate of all attendees, pets are not permitted except for service dogs assisting attendees with disabilities.

Kaatsbaan Cultural Park will continue to comply with any/all local, state, federal, and CDC public health guidelines, and may change the policy at any time in the interest of the health and safety of our guests, supporters, artists, employees, and volunteers. We encourage all attendees to stay home if they are feeling ill.

Tickets can either be purchased for the events taking place on one day or across the entire week. Attendees have the option to add a $25 donation to Baryshnikov Arts onto their ticket purchase, which supports its not-for-profit operations. Options:

• One-day passes for Monday through Thursday are $25 
• One-day passes for Friday through Sunday are $40 
• Week passes are $100—see up to 25 artists!
• VIP tickets are available as an add-on in the general ticketing process

The members-only ticket includes a membership to Baryshnikov Arts for the remainder of the calendar year and automatically provides access to the members-only events on Thursday and Saturday. Yes! Baryshnikov Arts accepts credit cards only.

The barn concert on Thursday, June 13 is a special VIP event that includes drinks, mingling, and music. Attendees can get further information by purchasing a VIP ticket for Thursday.

Baryshnikov Arts does not offer refunds. Refunds are available through XCover at checkout and are unrelated to Baryshnikov Arts.

When you arrive, you will be directed towards parking and festival check-in.

All tickets will be delivered via email as an attached PDF. There is no need to print your ticket; simply be prepared to show the electronic version of your ticket at check-in to receive your festival wristband.

Please stop by the check-in table each day of the festival to receive a wristband.

As long as you have a wristband, you may enter and exit the Kaatsbaan campus at will each day. Attendees should prominently display their wristband to the check in table upon each re-entry.

Please visit the check-in table and one of the festival staff will help resolve the issue.

Baryshnikov Arts offers students a 50% discount on tickets to the Bloodlines Interwoven Festival. To request a student discount code, please email boxoffice@baryshnikovarts.org before purchasing tickets. Please be prepared to show a valid student ID upon arrival at the festival.

For indoor events, just bring yourself! Seating is provided for all indoor events. Please bring your own seating for outdoor events.

For outdoor events, we recommend bringing: 

• Blanket, tarp, and/or portable chairs (single, collapsible)
• Hat and sunscreen 
• Comfortable shoes
• Tick spray
• Push stroller for small festival-goers
• Umbrella (in case of rain or heat)
• Raincoat

• Weapons, illicit drugs, and other contraband
• Wagons and carts
• Glass
• Candles
• Grills
• Umbrellas over six feet in diameter
• Drones 
• Pets (except service animals)

Baryshnikov Arts’ Bloodlines Interwoven Festival takes place on the grounds of Kaatsbaan Cultural Park in Tivoli, NY.

As indicated on the schedule, events will be held indoors in the Black Box Theater, outdoors at the Mountain Stage, and across the property. 

• Black Box Theater: Located inside the Studio Complex, which is approximately 600 feet from the parking lot. General admission seating. 
• Mountain Stage: The outdoor stage is approximately 0.5 miles away from the parking lot. Golf carts will be available to transport those requiring assistance from the check-in area to the audience seating area. If you are in need of golf cart assistance, please reach out to boxoffice@baryshnikovarts.org.

For travelers coming by car, the address is 120 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583.

For travelers coming from New York City who would like to take public transit, a train is available from Penn Station to Rhinecliff station via Amtrak. There are taxis available from Rhinecliff station to the park.

Yes, parking is located at the end of a long entrance drive. The Black Box theater is located approximately 600 feet from the parking lot; the Mountain Stage is approximately 0.5 mile away from the parking lot. ADA compliant parking and assistance to each location is available. To access, please reach out to boxoffice@baryshnikovarts.org.

Monday through Thursday, during the Musical Dialogues, attendees can access the bathrooms located inside the Studio Complex. 

Additionally, Porta Potties will be available by the Mountain Stage and the front of the Kaatsbaan Cultural Park property.

There will not be ATMs available on the site of the festival, nor are there any in the village of Tivoli.

In the event of an emergency, please flag a Baryshnikov Arts staff member or volunteer so they can assist. Our staff and volunteers will be wearing Baryshnikov Arts t-shirts.

In addition to the online itinerary, Baryshnikov Arts will also provide an online map indicating where each event is taking place, and at what time, so attendees can self-navigate to each location. Staff and volunteers will be onsite to direct attendees, as well.
